This detoxifying soup is a wonderful addition to anyone on the path to a healthy lifestyle.  With turmeric, ginger, cayenne, rosemary known for there detoxify effects.  JUST ADD WATER

  • Ingredients: Green split peas, Calrose rice, Turmeric, Rosemary, herbs & spices. 

     

    Directions: Add 2Tbsp Olive Oil and 4-6 cups of water to a saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat, cover and simmer over medium heat about 20min, remove lid and simmer another 20min until peas are tender. OPTIONAL: Add 50ml coconut milk, ½ squeezed lime, broccoli and spinach.

    OR use the slow cooker for 6-8hrs on low
