Coconut Curry 500ml
Ingredients: Orange Lentils, Green Lentils, , unsweetened coconut, herbs & spices, chili pepper
Directions: Add jar and 8 cups of Water plus a 400ml can of full fat coconut milk to a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low and simmer until the lentils are tender. About 20 minutes. Remove and discard the chili pepper before serving, Season to taste OR use a slow cooker on low for approx. 6-8 hours until lentils are tender!

The great thing about this soup is you can serve it with different kinds of protein. It tastes great with shrimps, with white fish filets, with cubed chicken breast, with scallops.
